I am organizing HiPMoS 2017, High Performance Modeling and Simulation, to be held in Budapest (Hungary), May 23-27. The CFP is available on the web site.

I have been appointed as lead guest editor, with my colleagues Gribaudo, Kolodziej and Pop, for a special issue on Journal of Computational Science about Modeling and Evaluation of Highly complex Computer Systems Architectures.

MODOPT 2016, The International Symposium on Modeling and Optimization, will take place on May 22-26, 2016 in Valencia, Spain.

Within the framework of COST Action 1406 cHiPSet I have been invited as Visiting Professor at Cracow University of Technology, for a one month research visit about performance and evaluation of Big Data architectures and applications.

I am pleased to announce that I have been invited to join and chosen as Italian National Management Committee Substitute in Multi-Paradigm Modelling for Cyber-Physical Systems (MPM4CPS) COST Action IC1404.

I am very proud to announce that I will spend a month at George Mason University, Fairfax VA, USA as visiting professor. I will give a seminar about Multiformalism modeling and its application and will work with prof. Alexander H. Levis at the System Architectures Lab. I take the chance here to thank Alex Levis for all his help and support and his amazing guidance.
